In einer Woche geht’s los und der Startschuss fällt bei der CHALLENGEKAISERWINKL-WALCHSEE.
Alle Infos und Detail zum Ablauf und den Regelungen am Rennwochenende könnt ihr in unserem Athletenguide nachlesen. Wir versorgen euch heute noch einmal mit den wichtigsten Infos zur Startnummernabholung und fassen zusammen, welche Dokumente ihr dabei haben müsst.
Für den Zugang zur Registrierung gilt die 3G-Regel. Nachdem diese kontrolliert wurde, bekommt ihr ein Band, mit dem ihr dann auch Zugang zur „Race-Bubble“ bekommt. Bitte kommt zur Startnummernabholung ohne Begleitpersonen, damit wir die Abstandsregeln einhalten können. Bitte bringt diese Formulare bei der Startnummernabholung ausgedruckt und ausgefüllt mit: • Medizinischer Fragebogen • Einverständniserklärung Außerdem mitzubringen: • Lichtbildausweis • ÖTRV - Jahreslizenz oder nationale Jahreslizenz für EM-Starter ACHTUNG! ALLE Starter des offenen Rennens, die keine ÖTRV-Jahreslizenz haben, brauchen eine Tageslizenz (Einzel- und Staffel). Solltet ihr diese noch nicht bei der Anmeldung mitgebucht haben, ist diese vor Ort in bar zu bezahlen (bitte genau
mitbringen!) Preise der Tageslizenzen oMitteldistanz Einzel: € 16,- oMitteldistanz-Staffel: € 6,-/Starter oAquabike: € 16,- oAquathlon: € 12,-
Erkundige dich bitte schon im Vorhinein in den Online-Startlisten zu deiner Startnummer, damit du diese bei der Registrierung nennen kannst. Begleitperson Jede/r AthletIn darf in der Race-Bubble von EINER Person begleitet werden. Diese Person muss die 3G-Regeln ebenfalls erfüllen und davor über dieses Formular registriert werden. Nur vorab registrierte Begleitpersonen können sich bei der Registrierung ihr Zugangsarmband zum Wettkampfgelände abholen. Online live dabei sein Alle deine Freunde, Verwandten und Bekannten können dich über den Live-Tracker während des Rennens verfolgen und sind so auch hautnah dabei.
Außerdem wird es am Sonntag diesmal erstmalig einen
Livestream geben, damit auch alle ZuschauerInnen von außen und alle Daheimgebliebenen das Rennen live mitverfolgen können. Den Link dazu findet ihr am Renntag auf unserer Webseite und auf unserer Facebookseite. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf ein tolles Rennwochenende!

CHALLENGEKAISERWINKL-WALCHSEE race week is here!
You can find all the information and details about the race and the regulations for race weekend here in our Athlete’s Guide. Today we will provide you with the most important information about picking up your bib number and we outline which documents you need to bring with you.
The ‘3G Rule’ needs to be followed to gain access to registration. After this has been checked, you will get a wristband that allows you access to the "Race Bubble". Please come to registration without an accompanying person, so that we can stay within the social distancing rules.
Please hand in these forms, printed out and filled out, when you pick up your starting number: • Pre-Event Questionnaire • Athletes Waiver Also bring with you: • Photo ID • Annual triathlon license for athletes competing in the European Championship race
ATTENTION: All athletes competing in the open races must provide an AUSTRIAN annual license or have purchased a day license from the Austrian Federation. If you haven’t booked your day license at the time of registration, you must purchase it on site (cash only, please bring the exact
amount).
Please check your start number in advance on the online start lists so that you can provide it when registering.
Accompanying person Each athlete may be accompanied by ONE person in the race bubble. This person must also follow the 3G Rule and must first be registered using this form. Only accompanying persons who have been registered in advance can pick up their wristband which allows them access to the Race Bubble.
Join the race live and online All your friends, relatives and acquaintances can follow you closely during the race via the live tracker.
For the first time, we will provide a livestream on Sunday so viewers from around the world and all those who chose to watch from home can follow the race live. On race day you can find the link on our website and on our Facebook page.
