Time has flown and it's now just 50 to go until Challenge Kaiserwinkl-Walchsee on 2 July and we can't wait to welcome you back to the Tirolean mountains! If you haven't already entered, we still have a handful places left and if you have entered, we hope that training is on target! CHALLENGE FAMILY ERNÄHRUNGSRATGEBER

Die Ernährung ist zweifellos einer der wichtigsten Aspekte der Wettkampfvorbereitung. Dennoch verbringen viele Athleten weit mehr Zeit mit dem Training als mit der Ernährung. Dabei kann die Ernährung den Ausschlag geben, ob ein Rennen gewonnen oder nicht einmal beendet wird. Athleten, die ein schlechtes Rennen hatten, geben oft an, dass dies auf ernährungsbedingte Probleme zurückzuführen war - sie hatten keine Energie mehr, waren dehydriert oder hatten Magenprobleme. Dieser Leitfaden gibt dir Hintergrundinformationen und eine Anleitung für eine optimale Ernährung. Und da es noch ein paar Wochen bis zum Wettkampftag sind, hast du noch genügend Zeit, deine Ernährungsstrategie umzusetzen.

Nutrition is without doubt one of the most important aspects of race preparation, yet athletes typically spend far more time thinking about training than about nutrition. Nutrition can mean the difference between winning a race and not even finishing a race. Athletes who didn't have a great race often state it was caused by nutrition-related issues - they ran out of energy, became dehydrated, experienced stomach problems. This guide will give you the background information and guide you to a successful nutrition and with a few weeks to go until race day, you still have plenty of time to implement your nutrition strategy.
